I went to SIMPLE by Bob Jenkins – aka Bob the Teacher last spring. This was absolutely the BEST training seminar on Internet marketing that I have ever attended!!! Bob teaches at a level that is easy to follow and understand. He will show you how to be successful at Internet Marketing. Bob is one the very best IM teachers (trainer) that there is.

The people that attend Bob’s training are very helpful so there is the class room training and there is the other people you will meet to make this weekend training well worth going to.

I really cannot say enough about this – I signed up within 5 minutes of getting the email that registration had opened. I learned more at SIMPLE last spring in a weekend than I had in years of attempting to learn how to do this. I continue to learn and be totally amazed by the things the others that were there are doing and from ongoing training by Bob the Teacher.

What I have discovered is a free software program called Freemind. The software is available for the PC and for the MAC and there is an iPhone app.

The software is free, and can be gotten by clicking on the button below. While the software itself is free, it is not apparent what is does or how to use it. The button below will get you to a free video that will get you started and there is a full video available with instructions and samples.

This was truly an outstanding seminar given by Bob Jenkins – also know as Bob the Teacher.

I closed my store Thursday (Feb 25) and drove to Wilmington NC. It was a 12 hour drive so I arrived in Wilmington at 8PM.

The seminar began Friday Feb 26 and ended Sunday Feb 28. Each day was totally filled with module after module of excellent material. Friday evening the group went out to dinner which was great in that I got to meet with some of people attending the seminar.

Saturday evening there was a reception which gave another excellent opportunity for networking with the others at the seminar.

The last seminar presentation ended Sunday at 6PM and I drove back last night. It took the same 12 hours to drive back as it did to get there. I got back to my house at 6AM this morning – slept a few hours and got back to my store around 1 PM today.

The 12 hour drive back was great, light traffic, the moon was out and it gave me 12 hours to think about the seminar and to think about the material presented.

This was truly a great seminar that has given me a lot of things to implement in my business plus a whole new way of looking at things and some totally new directions to consider.

This first thing I want to say is thank you to all of the people who purchased a windmill and or a weathervane. Your businesses is greatly appreciated.

The windmills and weathervanes were my best selling products this year and so as the new year starts I will be doing what I can to increase sales of these products.

I have some new products that I intend to add to the on line mix which will be showing up soon both here and on the sales sites.

The new year starts with notification that both UPS and USPS have increased their shipping rates. I charge a fixed shipping rate on the windmills and weathervanes and attempt to break even on shipping costs. There will be an increase in shipping, there just is not a way to avoid that with the shipping costs going up yet again. I do not know yet how much this increase will be. I will attempt to keep this increase to a minimum however I have to break even over all on the shipping costs.

The good news is it looks like there will be no price increase on the windmills and weathervanes.
